Dr. Paul Insolera and his team focuses on finding the true cause of your discomfort and using advanced neuromuscular diagnostics and individualized treatment to restore healthy, comfortable jaw function.
Seeking timely treatment for TMJ disorders is critical to prevent long-term complications. Early care can alleviate discomfort and correct jaw alignment, enhancing overall functionality and preventing further disorder progression. As early as 5 years of age.

Presentations by Dr. Insolera
Dr. Paul Insolera and his staff returned from the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics meeting held in Calgary, Canada this year. Dr. Insolera was also in Toronto speaking and demonstrating neuromuscular measurements and treatments.
Dr. Insolera was one of the guest lecturers invited to speak at this annual international conference that is held nationally and internationally twice a year.
The lecture topic covered current research and successful patient cases when applying state of the art, NON-SURGICAL techniques to optimize patients’ bites (occlusion), posture, and airway patency, which is linked to TMJ disorders, forward head posture, and sleep apnea.
To help patients and professionals better understand TMJ disease and how it can be effectively treated, Dr. Insolera presents:
- No Adult Should Suffer From TMJ Disease – an in‑depth look at how TMJ problems develop, the wide range of symptoms they can cause, and how neuromuscular care can provide long‑term relief.
- Anatomy of Curve of Spee / Jaw Relation – a focused exploration of the bite, jaw joint mechanics, and the Curve of Spee, explaining how proper jaw position and tooth alignment are essential to hyoid bone position, resolving TMJ disorder rather than just masking the symptoms.
These presentations are designed to show that TMJ disorder is not something you have to “just live with” and that predictable, lasting solutions are available at our center.
